Kitty ThelmaPHILLIPS(nee Jephcott) Passed away peacefully at Coventry University Hospital on 10th of June, 2016, with her family by her side. Much loved Wife, Mother, Grandma, Sister and Auntie. She will be sadly missed by all of her friends and family. The funeral service will take place at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton, on July 4th at 12:45pm. By request family flowers only please and donations may be given on the day for the Neurology Unit at the Coventry University Hospital.
